Carl Herberger

As Vice President, Security Services of Cybersheath Services International, Mr. Herberger is responsible for the general management, go-to-market strategies, service delivery, and day-to-day operational excellence of the company’s industry-first and still unique CMMC Compliance-as-a-Service business line. Mr. Herberger is the recipient of the”Technology Executive of the Year” award from Industry Era Magazine (2019) and considered a foremost expert on cybersecurity threats and solutions. He has appeared on Fox Business News, CNN, CNBC, CBS, and Bloomberg Broadcast News, along with numerous NYT, WSJ, and Washington Post citations, and frequently contributes editorials to The Hill, TechRepublic, and other publications.

Before joining Cybersheath, Carl was the COO of Kivu Consulting where he lead the day-to-day operations of a $30M+ cybersecurity company focused on servicing the cyber-insurance industry. Before Kivu, Mr. Herberger was Vice President of Security Solutions at Radware from 2010-2019, where he was responsible for developing and managing the company’s $260M growing security practice, which grew to be either the largest or second-largest provider in global markets from $3M when he took the helm.

Carl held executive security and management roles at Evolve IP, a major East Coast Cloud Security provider based in Philadelphia, served as President and Co-founder of Allied InfoSecurity, Inc., an international provider of best-in-class security consulting and technical compliance services and was the senior executive in charge of the IT security practice at SunGard Professional Services from 2002-2006. Mr. Herberger also served as a U.S. Air Force officer, both as a B-52 aircrew member and as a U.S. Air Staff Intelligence Officer while serving at the Pentagon, USAF Headquarters cyberwarfare organization.
