Achieving DFARS, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC compliance takes more than implementing cybersecurity tools or checking boxes. It requires the right combination of people, processes, technology, and ongoing oversight.  Join CyberSheath at Catalyst Campus Colorado Springs for an in-person Sip & Learn with Michael Bailie, VP of Solution Engineering, and Rick Moore, CFO, as we break down the essential components of defense contractor cybersecurity compliance and what it takes to implement and maintain them.

We'll explore the operational, technical, and financial considerations that shape compliance efforts, including the resources required to manage compliance internally versus partnering with an experienced provider.

What You'll Learn

Enjoy food, drinks, and an opportunity to connect with fellow defense industry professionals while gaining practical insights into navigating cybersecurity compliance:

  • How DFARS, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC fit together and what they mean for defense contractors.
  • The roles of compliance advisory, security operations, and IT in meeting cybersecurity requirements.
  • The capabilities and resources needed to implement and maintain compliance.
  • Key considerations when evaluating an in-house approach versus a managed services partner.
  • How to integrate cybersecurity and compliance into everyday operations.
