Rick Moore is a seasoned finance and operations leader with more than 25 years of experience driving growth and transformation across managed services, communications, and aerospace and defense manufacturing. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of CyberSheath. He previously held CFO roles at private equity–backed companies including Vitesse Systems, HOSTING.com, and Zayo Communications’ zColo business, where he built scalable processes, developed high‑performing teams, and delivered growth both organically and through M&A.
Rick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Colorado State University and an MBA from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.
