Kevin Dolan, partner at Mullen Coughlin, which represents organizations facing data privacy events and information security incidents, will join CMMC CON 2023 to share regulatory and incident response trends. Mullen Coughlin was named Cyber Law Firm of the Year by industry peers at the 2023 Zywave “Cyber Risk Awards.”
Dolan will share his perspective based on Mullen Coughlin’s experience responding to and investigating more than 25,000 data privacy and security incidents. A graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, Dolan has counseled a variety of organizations on each stage of post-incident response including compliance with applicable laws and responses to investigations conducted by federal and state regulators.
